1. Service

Tar2Star supports your smoking-cessation process with tracking and motivation tools. By using the app you accept these terms.

Tar2Star also offers cards inside ChatGPT and Claude that can be used without an account. These terms, including the medical disclaimer below, apply to those cards too.

2. Medical disclaimer

Tar2Star is not a medical product and provides no diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Health timelines are informational, based on widely accepted public-health references (e.g. WHO/CDC). Consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account's security. The app and its account are for users 18+. The ChatGPT and Claude cards have no age requirement of their own beyond those of ChatGPT and Claude; they contain general educational information suitable for a general audience, including teens. If you are under 18, talk to a doctor before using any quit-smoking medicine or nicotine replacement. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Fair use

Abusing the service (manipulating systems, exploiting the invite program, harmful reverse engineering) is prohibited and may lead to account closure.

5. Intellectual property

The app, brand, artwork and content belong to Corposphere LLC and may not be reproduced beyond personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages.
